What we log
We log changes that alter a reader’s understanding of a rule, number, deadline, product behavior, source, or recommended verification step. We also correct broken citations and record them when the missing source materially affected support for a claim.
What we do not hide
A material correction does not disappear into a silent edit. The article will be updated, its review date will change, and the entry will remain in this ledger.
Correction requests
A dedicated public corrections inbox is being configured. Until it is published, we will not display an unverified address or pretend that a submission channel exists. The live contact route will be added here and to every article footer.
